摘    要:目的:探讨PLTL辅助PBL教学模式在《母婴护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取浙江中医药大学护理学院2011级护理本科生1个班级为实验组,其他2个班级为对照组。对照组采用传统教学模式结合PBL教学方法,实验组采用传统教学模式结合PLTL辅助PBL教学模式。结果 PLTL辅助PBL教学模式有助于提升学生学业自我效能,实验组理论成绩和技能成绩均高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论 PLTL辅助PBL教学模式有助于优化教学内容、改进教学方法,还有助于提高学生的自我学习效能,提升学习兴趣,同时有助于学生批判性思维能力、临床思维能力、解决实际问题的能力和团队合作能力的培养。

Application of PLTL-aided PBL teaching mode in teaching Maternal and Child Nurs-ing
Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effect of PLTL-aided PBL teaching model in teaching Maternal and Child Nursing. Methods Randomly selected a class of nursing undergraduates of grade 2011 in Nursing College of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University as experimental group and the other two classes as control group. Adopt-ed the teaching method of traditional teaching mode in combination with PBL for control group and that of traditional teaching mode in combination with PLTL-aided PBL teaching mode for experimental group. Results PLTL-aided PBL teaching mode helped to improve the students′ self-efficacy, with both theoretical and skill scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion PLTL-aided PBL teaching model helps to optimize teaching content, improve teaching methods as well as improve students′ learning efficacy and interest, in the meantime to cultivate their ability of critical thinking, clinical thinking ability, ability to solve practical problems and team-work ability.
