护理专业学生灾害志愿服务现状调查

目的：了解护理本科生灾害志愿服务的参与情况及认知现状，为完善学校的灾害教育及志愿服务工作提供依据。方法以长沙市某大学为例，随机整群抽取各年级中的2个护理本科班级的学生作为研究对象，发放问卷并当场回收，利用 SPSS 22.0中文版进行数据统计和分析。结果60%以上的护理本科生表示关注灾害志愿服务并非常愿意参与其中，农村学生的关注程度及参与意愿高于城镇学生；仅有3.77%的学生参加过灾害志愿服务；最常见的志愿服务形式为捐款捐物，最需要的教育和培训是灾害志愿服务技能。结论护理本科生对灾害志愿服务较为关注，参与意愿高，但实际参加过灾害志愿服务的学生较少，需要学校多组织相关志愿活动，提高学生的灾害救护能力，培养综合能力。

Voluntary service status of nursing students in disaster

Objective To understand the participation situation and cognitive status of nursing undergraduates' voluntary service in disaster, in order to provide the basis for improving the disaster education in school and voluntary service. Methods The nursing undergraduates in two classes in one university in Changsha were randomly chosen as the research objects. The students were surveyed by a questionnaire on the spot. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 22. 0 statistical software. Results More than 60% of the nursing undergraduates were willing to participate in the voluntary service in disaster. The rural students' concern and participation willingness were higher than those of urban students; only 3. 77% of the students had participated the voluntary service in disaster; the most common voluntary service was to donate money and goods, most necessary education and training were voluntary service in disaster. Con-clusions The nursing undergraduates were more concern about voluntary service in disaster and willing to participate in it. However, the undergraduates seldom participated in the voluntary service in disaster. So the schools should organize more related voluntary activities, improve the students' ability of disaster rescue and cultivate the comprehensive abili-ties.
