鼻肠管在危重患者早期肠内营养的应用及护理

目的 探讨鼻肠管在危重病人实施早期肠内营养的临床应用效果及护理.方法 将70例危重患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组35例危重病人采用经鼻肠管早期肠内营养,观察开始实施时间以及并发症等,并与对照组35例危重病人经胃管营养进行比较,评价经鼻肠管早期肠内营养的有效性和安全性.结果 危重病人早期肠内营养的开始时间与营养管途径有关,与胃管途径相比,经鼻肠管肠内营养的开始时间比胃管途径要早,而胃潴留、返流及误吸等并发症发生率少,两者的差异有统计学意义.结论 危重病人早期肠内营养经鼻肠管途径比经胃管更为安全有效,并能将实施肠内营养的时间显著提前.

Clinical application and nursing of nasointestinal tube in critical patients with early enteral nutrition

Objective To discuss the clinic effect and nursing of nasointestinal tube in critical patients with early enteral nutrition.Methods 70 critical patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 35 cases.Observation group cases were fed with nasointestinal tube,and control group cases were fed with stomach tube in enteral nutrition.Results The starting time of early enteral nutrition was related to the tube feeding method.Compared with control group,the starting time of observation group was earlier and had less complications such as gastric retention.backstreaming and aspiration.Conclusions The nasointestinal tube feeding is more effective and safe than the stomach tube feeding in critical patients with early enteral nutrition and shortened the starting time of early enteral nutrition significantly.
