| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病肾病终末期病人行血液透析发生心肌梗塞的特点及护理要点.方法 对204例糖尿病肾病终末期实施血液透析病人与同期665例其他肾病终末期行血液透析病人发生心肌梗塞的特点进行对比.结果 糖尿病肾病终末期病人与其他肾病终末期血液透析病人对比,心梗发生率的差异有显著性意义,并且糖尿病.肾病终末期病人多发生无痛性心肌梗塞.结论 糖尿病肾病终末期病人血液透析更容易诱发元痛性心肌梗塞,应加强透析过程及透析后4 h内的心电监护.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the agents and the nursing experiences on the final stage of diabetic nephropathy,which supervened with bemodialysis induced painless myocardial infarction.MethodsInvestigating the different characteristics on the final stage of nephropathy patiens,which supervening with hemodialysis induced painless myocardial infarction,in 204 patiens with diabetic nephropathy and another 665 patiens with other type of nephropethy.Results Hemodialysis treated in the final stage of nephropathy patiens,a higher incidence of the painless myocardial infarction would be detected in diabetic nephropathy patiens than other type of nephropathy.Conclusion The doctrocardio-monitoring during hemodialysis and the first 4 hours after hemedialysis is very important. |
