立体聚焦支持护理在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中的应用

目的 观察立体聚焦支持护理在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果.方法 将2016年1月至2016年6月收治于本院的头颈部放疗患者112例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组各56例,对照组接受常规放疗护理,试验组接受立体聚焦支持护理,比较干预后两组头颈部肿瘤放疗病例在各相关观察指标方面的差异.结果 试验组头颈部肿瘤放疗病例干预后的生活质量评分和护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组同类病例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用立体聚焦支持护理对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者实施干预,在提升该类病例生活质量及护理满意度方面均具备积极效应.

The application of three-dimensional focus-supporting nursing to patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy

Objective To observe the application effect of three-dimensional focus-supporting nursing to patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy.Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group, with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional radiotherapy nursing,while the experimental group were given the three-dimensional focus-supporting nursing.The differences in terms of the relevant observed index of the patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The scores of quality of life(QOL) and satisfaction for nursing of the patients with cancer after radiotherapy for head and neck cancer of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of three-dimensional focus-supporting nursing to patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy plays an active role in improving the quality of life of the patients and satisfaction for nursing.
