家庭访视对髋关节置换术后患者康复的影响

Objective To evaluate the effect of family-visiting in early rehabilitation of patients after hip arthroplasty. Methods Sixty patients who had undergone hip arthroplasties in a three B Hospital between April 2006 and September 2008 period were randomly divided into conventional discharge-guiding group and family-visiting group, each had 30 cases. The family-visiting group was implemented in the way of the nursing procedure frame. They were followed up for their hip-joint function and postoperative complications at the end of I and 3 months after arthroplasty. Results Compared with conventional discharge - guiding group, the family-visiting group had significantly better hip-joint function (P＜0.05 and P＜0.01) and lower postoperative complications ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The family-visiting method could improve the recovery function in eary .date after hip arthroplasty and reduce postoperative complications after arthroplasty. It plays an important role in promoting the patients'life quality. So, the family-visiting is a positive and effective home-nursing in post operative rehabilitation.
