| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨留置针逆向静脉穿刺在小儿头皮静脉输液中的临床应用价值.方法 将100例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例.观察组采用逆向静脉穿刺置管输液,对照组采用传统的顺向穿刺置管输液.结果 比较2组的首次穿刺成功率和渗出发生率(P＜0.05).结论 留置针逆向穿刺在小儿头皮静脉中的应用是可行的、有效的,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical application value of indwelling needle reverse vein puncture on the infant scalp vein puncture.Methods There were 100 eases of pediatric patients divided randomly into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50cases).Observation group was adopted reverse vein puncture,and control group was adopted conventional method.Results The vein puncture success rate in one time and the incidence rate of effusion were compared between two groups.Conclusions The puncture direction away from the heart to peripheral vein is a feasible and effective method in the children patients. |
