康惠尔透明贴与硫酸镁湿敷治疗静脉炎的Meta分析

目的系统评价康惠尔透明贴与硫酸镁治疗静脉炎的效果，为临床治疗静脉炎提供依据。方法检索2011年5月20日前PubMed、CNKI等数据库关于康惠尔透明贴与硫酸镁湿敷治疗静脉炎的文献，按照纳入、排除标准，核定检出符合评价标准的所有相关随机对照试验（RCT）或临床对照试验（CCT），纳入试验的选择、数据的提取以及方法学的质量评价由2名评价者独立完成，采用RevMan5．0软件分析数据。结果纳入RCT4篇，共366例，其中康惠尔透明贴组132例，硫酸镁组134例。研究结果间无统计学异质性（P=0．22，I2=31％），采用固定效应模式合并分析，MD=1．59，95％CI：1．59（1．08～2．10），总的效应检验Z=6．08（P〈0．01）。结论使用康惠尔贴膜治疗静脉炎的效果优于传统的硫酸镁湿敷，但还需严格设计的、大样本随机对照试验来验证并获得支持，并有待对安全性和经济学进行评价。

Meta-analysis of the effect of comfeel transparent dressing and the hydropathic compress of magnesium sulfate on phlebitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of comfeel transparent dressing and magnesium sulfate on phlebitis, in order to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods Documents concerning eomfeel transparent dressing and hydropathie compress of magnesium sulfate on phlebitis before May 20, 2011 in PubMed, CNKI and other databases were retrieved. All RCTs and CCTs that met the evaluation criterion were ratified according to the inclusion and exclusion standard. The selection of experiment, the data fetch and the quality evaluation of methodology was carried out by two independent evaluators and analyzed with Revman 5.0. Results Four studies, 366 eases of RCT were recruited. The heterogeneity between researches was not statistically significant （P =0.22 ,I2 =31% ）. According to the analysis of fixed effect, MD = 1.59, 95% ; CI： 1.59（ 1.08 -2.10） ; Z = 6.08 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The effect of eomfeel transparent dressing is better than the hydropathie compress of magnesium sulfate on phlebitis. However, there is no related safety and economic evaluation, thus well-designed RCTs with large samples are required for further verification.
