ICU护士严重感染和感染性休克治疗指南的培训效果

目的了解ICU护士对《严重感染和感染性休克治疗指南》相关知识的掌握程度，评价集中专题知识培训的效果。方法以指南内容为基础对我院ICU护士进行集中培训，并采用问卷调查了解培训前后护理人员对感染性休克复苏治疗相关知识的掌握程度。结果本组ICU护士对指南内容的知晓率培训后较培训前提高28．5％；培训前后总分及4个方面得分的比较，培训前总分为（14．50±3．53）分，培训后为（16．08±4．29）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论ICU护士对严重感染和感染性休克治疗相关知识的掌握程度不够，进行相关知识的培训可提高护理人员对知识的掌握程度。

Severe infection of ICU nurses and training effect of guidelines for the treatment of septic shock

Objective To investigate the ICU nurses' mastering degree about the related knowledge of "severe infection and guidelines for the treatment of septic shock", and to evaluate the effect of centralized training in sepcial knowledge. Methods A centralized training was given to the ICU nurses of our hospital based on the contents of guidelines. The nursing staff's mastering degrees about the related knowledge of resuscitation therapy of septic shock were surveyed using a questionnaire before and after the training. Results The rate of awareness about the contents of guidelines in ICU nurses of this group after the training increased by 28.5% compared to that after the training. The total scores before and after the training and the scores of four aspects were compared. The total scores were (14.50±3.53) and (16.08±4.29) before and after the traning, respectively. The difference had a statistical meaning (P < 0. 05). Conclusions The ICU nurses' mastering degrees about the related knowledge of severe infection and treatment of septic shock are not adequate. The training of related knowledge can improve the nursing staff's mastering degrees of knowledge.
