不同实习医院本科护生护理临床决策能力的比较

目的比较不同实习医院本科护生的护理临床决策能力，为加强不同实习医院护理本科生护理临床决策能力的培养提供依据。方法利用护理专业大学生临床决策能力测量工具对四川省4所大学2008年护理专业毕业实习10～12个月的本科生进行问卷调查。结果在大学附属医院实习的本科护生临床决策能力得分高于在非附属医院实习的本科护生，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在大学附属医院实习护生的临床决策能力高于非附属医院实习护生。

Comparative study on clinical decision-making ability of nursing undergraduate students in different internship hospitals

Objective To compare clinical decision-making ability of nursing undergraduate students in different internship hospitals and provide a basis for improving the cultivation of clinical decision-making ability. Methods The instrument for measuring the clinical decision-making ability of nursing students was adopted to investigate nursing undergraduate students from four colleges and universities in Sichuan province who had completed 10～12 months clinical practice.Results Nursing undergraduate students who undertook clinical practice at affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities got higher scores than those at non-affiliated hospitals,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions The clinical nursing decision-making ability of the nursing undergraduate students who undertook clinical practice at affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities is better than that of those at non-affiliated hospitals.
