关于创新护理学专业自学考试教育模式的探讨

随着社会发展，护理学专业自学考试呈现出新的特点，考生人数逐年增加，本科层次比例提高，在职人员所占比例大，针对这一现状提出创新自学考试护理人才培养模式，构建以职业能力培养为主线的实践教育体系，进一步改革完善护理学专业的培养目标、专业计划、课程设置、社会助学及考评体系，全面提高自考护生的职业能力，实现自学考试的教育功能。

Discussion of education mode innovation in nursing major of Self-taught Higher Education Examinations

The nursing major of Self-taught Higher Education Examinations (STE) is presenting new characters along with social development. The examinee number and proportion of undergraduate level increase year after year, and the incumbency people become the most part. According to this actuality, innovation of education mode and constructing practice education systems based-on occupational capability training are of equal importance in nursing major of STE. Further innovation of culture target, specialty planning, courses setting, society aids and exam estimate should not be disregarded to improve nursing students' vocational ability and realize STE education function.
