岗前安全教育对实习护生安全意识的影响

目的探讨实习护生岗前安全教育的内容和方法，提高实习护生的安全意识，减少护生实习期间不良事件的发生。方法选取2010年73名护生为对照组，2011年77名护生为实验组，对照组实施常规岗前教育，实验组实施强化安全知识的岗前安全教育。比较两组护生安全知识理论考核成绩、不良事件发生情况。结果对照组安全知识理论考核成绩为（73．86±5．43）分低于实验组的（81．42±6．06）分，差异有统计学意义（t=8．03，P〈0．01）；对照组不良事件发生情况为13例次高于实验组的4例次，差异有统计学意义（X62=5．93，P〈0．05）。结论强化护生实习前的岗前安全教育能有效提高安全护理知识水平，提高医疗安全意识，降低护生实习期间的不良事件发生率。

Effect of the pre-job safety education on the safety awareness of nursing students

Objective To explore the pre-job safety education content and methods and improve the safety awareness of nursing students, so as to reduce the incidence of adverse events during the internship period. Methods Totals of 73 nursing students in 2010 received routine pre-service education was control group, and 77 nursing students in 2011 received pre-job education to strengthen the security of knowledge was experimental group. Nursing students＇ nursing theory test results, the occurrence of adverse events were observed and compared. Results The safety of nursing theory test results in the control group was （73.86±5.43） and experimental group was （81.42±6.06）, and the difference was statistically significant （t = 8.03, P 〈 0.01 ）. Adverse events situation in the control group was 13 cases and experimental group was 4 cases, and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 5.93,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The pre-job safety education for nursing students can improve the safety level of nursing knowledge, improve health care safety awareness, reduce the incidence of adverse events.
