恶性肿瘤患者直系亲属照护体验的质性研究

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者亲属照护过程的真实体验,以期了解这一特殊群体的心路历程及需求,为提高癌症的综合治疗水平和癌症家庭的生存质量提供帮助.方法 采用质性研究之立意取样法选取14名恶性肿瘤患者的直系亲属作为研究对象,通过深入会谈收集资料,每例访谈均全程录音,再用Colaizzi分析法整理资料,提炼主题.结果 恶性肿瘤患者直系亲属的照护体验包含以下3大类主题：确诊后强烈复杂的心理体验;治疗期巨大的身心痛苦和压力;好转康复期相互扶持与希望.结论 家庭和亲人是人们的生活中心与思想支柱,在承受疾病痛苦的过程中,亲属和患者的情感变化往往是一致的,所以,对照护者的引导和帮助与癌症患者的治疗康复相辅相成.

Qualitative study on nursing experience of the immediate family members of patients with malignant tumor

Objective To investigate real experience in nursing process of relatives of the patients with malignant tumor and to explore psychological course and needs in special period so as to improve synthetic therapy for cancer and quality of life in patients' families. Methods Through purposive sampling of qualitaet study, 14 lineal relatives of patients with malignant tumor were enrolled in this study. Data was collected by means of indepth discussion which was audio recorded during the whole course and was presented using Colaizzi statistical analysis. Results Three subjects were gained, including relatives' strong and complicated psychological process after the patients were definitely diagnosed, the patients' tremendous physical and psychological burden during their treatments and the mutual support during restoration period. Conclusions Relatives play an most important role in the patients' daily lives and their thoughts. Patients' emotional changes are compatible with relatives'when they are suffering from serious illness. Therefore, giving correct guidance to relatives who nurse the patients benefits the patients' rehabitation.
