循证护理对神经外科围手术期患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的 探讨循证护理干预对神经外科围手术期患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响研究.方法 将109例神经外科围手术期患者随机分为观察组55例,对照组54例.观察组实施针对下肢深静脉血栓形成的诱发因素给予循证护理干预,对照组给予手术前后的常规护理指导.比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率、危险因素、复发率及术后健康状况等.结果 下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率、危险因素、复发率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后健康状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 循证护理干预对神经外科围手术期患者预后有良好的促进作用,有效降低下肢深静脉血栓形成的复发,是一种行之有效的护理方法.

Study on effects of Evidence-based nursing in the prevention of deep veins thrombosis of lower extremity in perioperative patients with neurosurgery

Objective To investigate the effects of Evidence-based nursing on prevention of deep veins thrombosis of lower extremity in perioperative patients with neurosurgery.Methods 109 cases in neurosurgery department were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in the study group and 54 cases in the control group.The Evidence-based nursing intervention was administrated in the study group according to the risk factors of deep veins thrombosis of lower extremity.The common nursing was applied before and after the surgery in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the occurrence rate, risk factors and recurrence rate of deep veins thrombosis of lower extremity postoperatively and postoperative health status.Results The occurrence rate, risk factors and recurrence rate of deep veins thrombosis of lower extremity postoperatively in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).The postoperative health status of the study group was obviously superior to the control group ( P < 0.05).conclusions Evidence-based nursing intervention has good effect in promoting the prognosis of perioperative patients with neurosurgical operation, and reduces the recurrence rate of deep veins thrombosis of lower extremity.evidence-based nursing mode is an effective nursing method.
