| 摘 要： | 目的探讨320排CT冠状动脉造影检查前的护理经验。方法对116例采用320排CT行冠状动脉造影检查的患者相关资料进行分析，总结检查前的护理。结果检查前经耐心、细致的护理指导，所有病例均顺利完成检查，获得满意的检查效果，图像质量达到影像学评价标准，而且未发生并发症。结论正确、有效的护理指导是多排CT冠状动脉造影检查成功的重要保证之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing of pre-examination of coronary angiograph by 320-row computed tomography. Methods By analysing relevant information of 116 cases,who have 320-row CT coronary angiography, we summarized the nursing care measurements before the inspection. Results With patient and meticulous care, all the cases were successful completion of inspection, obtained satisfying inspection results, and image quality met the evaluation standard. Moreover,there was not any complications occured. Conclusions The correct and effective care guidance is an important guarantee for successful coronary angiography. |
