纵向教学模式对教学满意度的影响

摘    要:目的调查分析在优质护理服务的新形势下改进教学模式即采用以整体护理为基础的纵向教学模式的教学满意度情况。方法将普通外科某病区自2009年4月至2011年3月实习护生120名随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60人,对照组运用传统教学模式即在功能制护理基础上的一种横向教学模式,实验组运用新教学模式即以整体护理为基础的纵项教学模式。采用向教师、护生发放问卷的方法,双项评价教学满意度情况。结果教师对对照组护生学习效果满意度评分总分为(32.94±0.64)分,对实验组护生学习效果满意度评分总分为(39.40±0.94)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=6.016,P〈0.01)。对照组护生对教学效果满意度评分总分为(31.14±0.60)分,实验组护生对教学效果满意度评分总分为(35.60±0.82)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=5.672,P〈0.01)。结论新教学模式即以整体护理为基础的纵向教学模式,有助于提高师生教学满意度,适合在优质护理服务示范工程中实施应用。

Abstract:Objective To Analysis the teaching satisfaction of longitudinal teaching model which based on holistic nursing in new situation of high a quality nursing service.Methods 120 nurse students who learned in general surgical ward from April 2009 to March 2011were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in each group.Nurse students in control group received traditional teaching model which was the horizontal teaching model based on the function system nursing,other students in the experimental group received the new teaching model which was the longitudinal teaching model based on holistic nursing.Dual satisfaction of teachers and nurse students was evaluated by questionnaires.Results The satisfaction score of learning effect which the teachers gave in control group was(32.94 ± 0.64),but(39.40 ± 0.94)in experimental group,there was obviously different(t =6.016,P < 0.01).the satisfaction score of teaching model in control group and experimental group were(31.14 ±0.60)and(35.60 ±0.82)respectively,the difference was significant(t =5.672,P < 0.01).Conclusions New teaching model of the longitudinal teaching model based on holistic nursing can help to improve teacher-student teaching satisfaction,and it fits for applying in high quality nursing service system.
