个性化护理在剖宫产产后护理中的应用及对身体恢复的影响分析

目的：分析在剖宫产产后护理开展中采取个性化护理的效果,以及对身体恢复的影响。方法：选入我院于2017年1月-2022年2月期间进行剖宫产的产妇60例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分成：30例比对组；30例实验组,比对组：常规护理,实验组：在此基础进行个性化护理,对比和分析组内产后恢复情况、并发症率、焦虑,抑郁评分、护理满意程度评分。结果：实验组产后各项恢复时间均短于比对组,组间具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；实验组总并发症率低于比对组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义；实验组焦虑、抑郁评分低于比对组,差异具有同质化(p<0.05)；实验组护理满意程度各项评分高于比对组,组间对比(p<0.05)。结论：在剖宫产产后护理中采用个性化护理,更有助于产妇产后的恢复,情绪保持稳定,对于护理的满意度以及配合度较高,并发症较低,值得广泛的普及和应用。

Application of personalized nursing in postpartum care of cesarean section and analysis of its influence on body recovery

: Objective: To analyze the effect of personalized nursing in the development of postpartum care in cesarean section, as well as the impact on the body recovery. Methods: 60 cases of puerpera who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2022 were selected as the research object. Random number table method was used to divide them into: 30 cases comparison group; 30 cases of experimental group, comparison group: conventional nursing, experimental group: personalized nursing on this basis, comparison and analysis of postpartum recovery, complication rate, anxiety, depression score, nursing satisfaction score. Results: The postpartum recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the comparison group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the comparison group, and the differences were homogenized (P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the comparison group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of personalized nursing in cesarean section postpartum care, more conducive to postpartum recovery, emotional stability, nursing satisfaction and higher degree of cooperation, complications are low, worthy of widespread popularization and application.
