| 摘 要： | 报告１０例经超声诊断的睾丸破裂，并经手术治疗，手术证实Ｂ超诊断符合率为９０％。根据超声表现我们把睾丸破裂分为为裂伤型和血肿瘤，建议Ｂ超应做为睾丸外伤的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the ultrasonogram of testicle rapture in 10 cases. All of them were operated.Diagnostic correct rate was 90% (9/10). According to the ultrasonogram, testicle repture might be divided into lacerative type and hematoncus type. It is suggested that ultrasonography can be the first choice for diagnosing the test.icle injury. |
