假性动脉瘤的彩色多普勒超声征象及其临床意义

目的：探讨假性动脉瘤的彩色多普勒超声（简称彩超）征象及其临床意义。方法：应用彩超声检查了13例假性动脉瘤患者，对假性动脉瘤的内部回声，血流信号和频谱特征等进行观察。结果：彩超定性正确率为92．3％（12／13），判断来源动脉的正确率仅为50．0％（6／12），所有病例均显示附壁血栓和腔内漩流，无瘤壁出现钙化者，瘤颈部“双期双向”血流频谱的显示率为100％，对诊断本病具有特征性。结论：彩超检查假性动脉瘤可较好地与真性动脉瘤鉴别。典型病例没有必要行血管造影检查，不典型者术前应行血管造影检查。

Color Doppler flow imaging appearance of pseudoaneurysm and its clinical value

Objective To evaluate color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) appearance of pseudoaneurysm and its clinical value.Methods Thirteen patients with pseudoaneurysm were examined by CDFI,and their internal echoes,flow signals,spectrum characteristics and so on were observed.Results The qualitative diagnostic accurate rate was 92.3% (12/13),and the accurate rate for detecting original artery was only 50.0% (6/12).Thrombi and swirl flow signals were appeared in all cases.Wall calcification was not shown in any cases.A characteristic to and fro spectrum during systole and diastole was shown in 100% cases.Conclusions Pseudoaneurysm can well be differentiated from true aneurysm by CDFI.DSA was not necessary for cases which have good CDFI appearances,while for atypical cases DSA should be examined preoperatively in order to get enough diagnostic informations.
