摘    要:目的 观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用及其数字减影血管造影(DSA)的影像学变化。方法,采用DSA和病理结合的方法,观察HIFU对兔VX2肝脏肿瘤营养血管破坏情况,结果 DSA显示肿瘤的异常血管结合主要包括血管紊乱,肿瘤染色和血管湖形成,HIFU治疗后,肿瘤血管影减少或消失,病理观察肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死。结论 HIFU能完全破坏肿瘤营养血管,使肿瘤出现继发性缺血坏死,从而加强了HIFU对肿瘤细胞的直接破坏作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the damaging effects of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on carcinoma vascularities and the change of its X-ray digital subtract angiography.Methods The animal model of the VX2 tumor in the rabbit liver was set up .The histological examination and the X-ray digital subtract angiography(DSA) were used to observe HIFU′s treatment effect.Results DSA showed that abnormalities architecture of carcinoma vascularities including chaotic distribution, tumor staining and pooling of contrast material.After HIFU treatment,carcinoma vascularities shadow were decreased or dismissed.Coagulative necrosis was observed in the carcinoma vascularities as well as in the whole tumor tissue with histological examination.Conclusions HIFU can entirely damage carcinoma vascularities , leading to the tumor tissue necrosis secondary to the complete cessection of blood flow,which enhances HIFU′s direct destructive effect on the tumor cells.
