彩色多普勒在输尿管结石中的应用

本文报道应用彩色多普勒观察输尿管开口喷尿４６例，其中正常受试者２４例，输尿管结石２２例。正常受试者的双侧输尿管开口喷尿形态、频率和喷射方向对称。在输尿管结石病人中，有１７例输尿管的开口喷尿异常，特点是喷尿消失、喷尿形态改变和频率减少，与正常组比较，相差极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。彩色多普勒观察输尿管开口喷尿优于二维超声和双功多普勒，它是判定输尿管梗阻性疾病的重要筛选工具。

Evaluation of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Patients with Ureteral Calculi

Color Doppler flow imaging was used to image the ureteral jets in 46 cases (24 healthy subjects and 22 patients with ureteral calculi). In healthy subjects, the morphologic appearance,frequency, and direction of the ureteral jets were relatively symmetric. In 17 patients, the ureteral jets were not detected or their morphologic appearance were abnornal and their frequencies were decreased from the symptomatic side. Statistically, there were significant differences between the results of patients and those of healthy subjects (P<0.01). It is better to evaluate the ureteral jets with color Doppler than with gray-scale sonography and duplox Doppler, it is a screening method for detecting ureteral obstructive diseases.
