| 摘 要： | 目的评价人工全膝关节置换术治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法对13例应用全膝关节置换术治疗的严重膝骨性关节炎患者的临床资料进行临床分析和总结。结果根据Tohn．N．Insall评分标准，手术优良率达92．3％，术后在疼痛、关节功能及活动度等方面均有明显的改善。结论人工全膝关节置换术是治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的切实有效方法，但应注意适应证的选择及胫骨假体的正确放置以减少胫骨假体的松动，而且其远期疗效尚待进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To value the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty for severe osteoarthritis of knees. Methods Follow - up study was carried out for 2 months to 6 years in patients who were treated with total knee arthroplasty and were analyzed by HSS score system. Results The results showed that the joint pain, function and the range joint were improved effectively , especially in pain,and the postoperative jointslstability and mobility were good. Conclusion The total knee arthroplasty presents a satisfactory procedure to severe osteoarthritis of keens. In order to attain a better outcome, the correction of placement of tibial plasty and guiding to patients postoperative should be regarded carefully. |
