| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的有效治疗方法。方法对2006年1月至2009年8月我院收治的36例子宫剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果胎囊大小及血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的测定对治疗方案的选择及调整有很大指导意义,药物治疗中,甲氨蝶呤(MTX)胎囊内局部注射与全身序贯治疗效果相近,对于胎囊直径15 mm、血β-HCG10 000 mIU/ml的患者采用MTX治疗是有效的,胎囊直径≥15 mm、血β-HCG10 000 mIU/ml的患者采用MTX治疗效果欠佳,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论早期诊断是成功治疗子宫剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的关键,对于胎囊较小、β-HCG较低的患者采用药物治疗是安全有效的,对于胎囊较大β-HCG较高的患者可尝试药物治疗,但需有进一步有效的治疗措施作为二线治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To research better methods for diagnosing and treating cesarean scar pregnancy.
