超声造影对小肾癌的诊断价值

目的 探讨超声造影对小肾癌的诊断价值.方法 通过对南京鼓楼医院泌尿外科2007年1月至2011年1月20例手术并经病理证实为小肾癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结对比超声造影和CT两种方法对小肾癌的检出率.结果 20例患者中,超声造影诊断符合18例(90%),CT扫描诊断符合16例(80%).在小肾癌的诊断中超声造影的检出率高于CT,两组检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 超声造影和CT对小肾癌的诊断均有一定价值,但是超声造影由于其高检出率,为小肾癌检查首选手段.

Diagnostic value of ultrasound diagnosis for small renal cell carcinoma

Objective To evaluate contrast-enhanced ultrasound for diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of pathologically confirmed with small renal cell carcinoma in our hospital from Jan.2007 to Jan.2011 were retrospectively analyzed,the detection rate of contrast enhanced ultrasound and CT for small renal cell carcinoma were compared.Results Among the 20 patients,contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis in 18 cases(90%),CT scan diagnosis in 16 cases(80%).In the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma,ultrasound detection rate was higher than CT,the detection rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound and CT diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma have some value,but because of the high detection rate of ultrasoud imaging,it should be the preferred means for checking of small renal cell carcinoma.
