摘    要:目的 研究嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(SMA)的分布及耐药性,为医院治疗和控制SMA提供依据.方法 将平顶山市第一人民医院2000年至2011年间临床分离的319株SMA药敏试验结果,应用WHONET 5.5软件进行统计学分析.结果 SMA在病原菌中的分离率为2.6%,SMA感染主要发生于ICU和呼吸内科,痰(51.6%)和尿(18.3%)是检出SMA较多的标本;除多粘菌素B、复方新诺明、左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星外,大多数抗菌药物耐药率较高.结论 SMA耐药现象严重,临床治疗时应按药敏结果选药;医院应加强对SMA的监测,预防和控制SMA院内暴发流行.

Abstract:Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance dynamics of stenotrophomonas maltophilia(SMA) and provide reference for clinical treatment and infection control of SMA.Methods The drug resistance of 319 strains of SMA were test by Kirby-Bauer method.The datas of drug resistance tested during 2000-2011 were analyzed by WHONET 5.5 software.Results SMA accounted for 2.6% of the all of the pathogens.SMA were obtained mainly from ICU ward and respiratory ward.Sputum accounted for 51.6% among all the specimens and then the urine(18.3%).The resistance rates to most antibiotics were very high,except polymyxin B,sulfamethoxazole compound,levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin.Conclusion The drug resistance of SMA is very serious.It is very important to select proper antibiotics according to the result of antibiotics susceptibility tests.Hospital should strengthen the monitoring of SMA,prevent and control the outbreak and prevalence of nosocomial infections.
