早期乳腺癌保乳手术23例

目的探讨早期乳腺癌患者保乳手术的技巧和近期疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年6月至2010年12月盐亭肿瘤防治研究所收治的23例早期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术治疗的临床资料。手术方式:肿瘤直径<2 cm者行肿瘤局部扩大切除术;肿瘤直径2～3 cm者行象限切除术,并常规行腋窝淋巴结清扫术。术后均给予放疗、化疗及内分泌等综合治疗。结果 23例手术全部成功,效果满意,无并发症。结论对早期乳腺癌患者,如果有保乳手术治疗的要求,并有保乳手术治疗的指征,且在保乳手术后进行放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗,可以取得良好的疗效和美容效果。

Early breast conserving surgery in 23 cases

Objective To investigate the skill and short-term efficacy of early breast conserving surgery. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of early breast conserving surgery from June 2007 to December 2010 were retrospoectively analyzed. The surgical approach ： patients with tumor diameter 〈 2 cm were underwent extended local excision, and patients with tumor diameter 2 - 3 cm were underwent quadrant resection plus axiuary lymph node dissection. After surgery, patients were all given radiothera- py, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy. Results Twenty-three cases＇ surgery were successful in all satisfactory, and had no complication. Conclusion To early breast cancer patients, if request breast-conserving treatment and have indications for breast-conserving surgery, and treat with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy after breast conserving surgery, has a good curative effect and cosmetic result.
