国产疝补片与进口同类产品临床安全性及有效性对比

目的探讨国产疝补片的安全性及可靠性,观察在成人腹股沟疝无张力修补中的临床应用。方法将定远县人民医院普外科从2009年10月至2010年4月收治的40例腹股沟疝患者随机分成两组,实验组20例使用国产疝补片,对照组20例使用进口同类产品。两组均行疝环充填式无张力修补术,对两组患者术前及术后相关临床指标、术后住院时间及并发症等方面进行统计学对比。结果两组患者术前及术后相关临床指标、术后住院时间及并发症比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产疝补片是一种安全、可靠的腹股沟疝修补材料,可适用于腹股沟疝患者的无张力修补。

Comparative analysis of the security and effective between domestic and import mesh

Objective To compare the mesh-plug between domestic and import mesh, and to evaluate the efficacy of the do- mestic mesh in practice. Methods Forty patients with inguinal hernia in department of surgery, Digyuan people＇ s hospital from October 2009 to April 2010. The patients were divided into two groups in average. They were all received mesh-plug operation in tension-free hernia repair, the expeximental group was given domestic mesh, the control group was given import mesh. To com- pare the operation time, postoperative average length of stay, incidence rates of complications and recurrent rate between the two groups. Results The two groups had no remarkable difference in the operation time, postoperative average length of stay, inci- dence rates of complications and recurrent rate. Conclusion Domestic mesh is a safe and effective mesh-plug, it can be used in tension-free hernia repair of inguinal hernia.
