定君生对妊娠期细菌性阴道病的疗效及预防不良妊娠结局的可行性观察

目的 观察定君生治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病（BV）的疗效及预防不良妊娠结局的可行性。方法 对在我院产前检查的妊娠20～28周的300例孕妇作BV筛查，把104例患BV的孕妇随机分为治疗组（52例），予定君生治疗；未治疗组（52例），不予药物治疗；随机选取的52例正常孕妇为对照。追踪三组不同的妊娠结局。结果 BV患者胎膜早破、早产、产褥感染、低出生体重儿发生率明显增加。活疗组定君生治疗的总有效率为80．77％，早产的发生率较未治疗组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。 结论 BV可导致不良的妊娠结局，定君生是治疗妊娠期BV安全有效的药物，疗效肯定。在孕期及时治疗BV可明显减少早产的发生。

Living preparation of lactobacillus in bacterial vaginosis during pregnanacy

Objective To observe the curative effect and the feassibility of prevention from bad pregnancy outcome of living preparation of lactobacillus in bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy.Methods A total of 300 pregnant women at 20~28 gestational weeks underwent BV screening and 104 patients were diagnosed wih BV.These BV patients were randomly divided into two groups:52 patients treated by living preparation of lactobacillus and 52 patients untreated.The 52 healthy ones were randomly picked out the third group.Track the three different pregnant outcome.Results The rates of premature rupture of membranes,preterm delivery and low-birth-weight infants increased obviously in the BV groups than the healthy ones(P<0.05).The general efficent curative effect of the drug was 80.77%,which could cut down the occurrence of preterm delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion Living preparation of lactobacillus is the safe and efficient drug to treat BV with certain curative effect.To cure BV in time can prevent the bad prgnancy outcomes efficiently.
