| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自拟中药熏洗对膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法按抽签法将52例膝骨性关节炎患者分成观察组27例和对照组25例，观察组采用中药熏洗结合常规治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，并进行疗效评定。结果两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药熏洗结合常规治疗能提高膝骨性关节炎的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effects of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing recipe in treating knee osteoarthritis. Method 52 cases with knee osteoarthritis were divided randomly into observation group （n= 27） and control group （n= 25）. Observation group received Chinese fumigation and washing recipe combining with routine therapy while control group adopted only routine method. Evaluate the curative effect for two groups according to uniform standard. Result The curative effect of observation group is better than control group. There is significance difference between two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chinese fumigation and washing recipe combining with routine therapy can improve the efficiency in treating the patient with knee osteoarthritis. |
