女性职员非酒精性脂肪肝发病相关危险因素的调查与卫生指导

目的分析女性职员非酒精性脂肪肝发病相关危险因素,提出卫生指导策略。方法对3 493名女性职员健康体检资料进行分析,统计非酒精性脂肪肝的患病率,采用Logistic回归分析法分析年龄、体重指数、血压、空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿酸等在非酒精性脂肪肝发病中的危险因素。结果 3 493名女性职员健康体检检出非酒精性脂肪肝407人,检出率11.65%。单因素分析显示,年龄、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、空腹血糖和尿酸在脂肪肝组明显高于非脂肪肝组;非酒精性脂肪肝与年龄≥50岁、超重、高甘油三酯血症、高血糖和高尿酸血症等相关危险因素分别是非脂肪肝女性的2.38、7.99、5.19、3.36和3.12倍。结论女性50岁后、超重、高甘油三酯血症、高血糖及高尿酸血症是患非酒精性脂肪肝的危险因素,卫生指导策略为合理膳食、适当运动、心理平衡、定期检查、健康宣教。

Investigation on related risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver for female staffs and health instruction

Objective To analyze the related risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver for female staff and give health guidance.Method Analyze health examination result of 3 493 female staffs and work out prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Analyze risk factors of age,body mass index （BMI）,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,serum triglyceride,total cholesterol and uric acid in nonalcoholic fatty liver.Result 407 （11.65％） among 3 493 female staffs have nonalcoholic fatty liver.Single factor analysis show that age,BMI,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,fasting blood glucose and uric acid are higher in fatty liver group than in non-fatty liver group.Risk factors of older than 50,overweight,hypertriglyceridemia,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia of nonalcoholic fatty liver are 2.38,7.99,5.19,3.36 and 3.12 times more than female staff without fatty liver.Conclusion Older than 50,overweight,hypertriglyceridemia,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia are risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver for female.Health guidance includes healthy diet,moderate activity,psychologic equilibrium,regular examination and health education.
