鼻咽癌调强放射治疗患者远期症状困扰及应对方式的随访研究

目的探讨鼻咽癌调强放射治疗患者的远期症状困扰及应对方式的相关性。方法采用M.D.Anderson症状调查量表—头部颈部及医学应对问卷对72例鼻咽癌调强放射治疗患者进行调查研究。分析患者出院后远期症状困扰与应对方式的关系。结果鼻咽癌调强放疗患者普遍存在远期症状困扰,绝大部分患者症状困扰程度为轻度(93.1%),极少部分患者为中度(4.1%)和重度(1.4%);在应对方式上,面对及屈服方式得分低于常模,回避方式得分低高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P均0.01);症状困扰与应对方式呈不相关(P0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者调强放射治疗后普遍存在轻度远期症状困扰,医学应对方式以回避为主,但两者呈不相关。

Follow-up study on long-term symptom distress and coping mode for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after intensity-modulated radiotherapy

Objective To study the correlation between long-term symptom distress and coping mode for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after intensity-modulated radiotherapy.Method Investigate 72 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after intensity-modulated radiotherapy by M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory (head and neck) and medical coping mode questionnaire (MCMQ).Analyze the correlation between long-term symptom distress and coping mode after discharge.Result Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after intensity-modulated radiotherapy generally suffer long-term symptom distress.Distress degree for most patients is low (93.1%).Few patients is in medium (4.1%) and high level (1.4%).For coping mode, scores on facing and yield are lower than norm.Score on avoiding is higher than norm.The difference is significant (P<0.01 each).There is no correlation between distress and coping mode (P>0.05).Conclusion Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after intensity-modulated radiotherapy generally suffer long-term symptom distress.Avoiding is the main medical coping mode.There is no correlation between them.
