探析延伸化助产护理干预对自然分娩产妇的心理状态及产程的影响

目的探究延伸化助产护理干预对自然分娩产妇的心理状态与产程的影响。方法在2018年12月至2019年12月,选取本院收治的52例自然分娩产妇作为观察组,给予延伸化助产护理;同期选取52例自然分娩产妇作为对照组,给予常规助产护理;对比两组护理效果。结果观察组SAS与SDS评分显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。在第一产程与第二产程时间中,观察组与对照组比较差异显著,P<0.05。观察组护理满意率为96.2%,对照组护理满意率为78.8%,差异明显,P<0.05。结论在自然分娩产妇中给予延伸化助产护理干预,能够显著改善产妇的心理状态,有效地缩短产程时间,促使分娩顺利开展,在临床上的应用价值较高。

Objective to explore the influence of extended midwifery nursing intervention on the psychological state and labor process of puerpera with natural childbirth

Objective:To explore the influence of extended midwifery nursing intervention on the psychological state and labor process of puerpera with natural childbirth.Methods:During the period from December 2018 to December 2019,52 cases of puerpera with natural childbirth in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and were given extended midwifery care;at the same time,52 cases of natural childbirth women were selected as the control group,given routine midwifery care;the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05.In the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor,there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.2%,and which of the control group was 78.8%,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The extended midwifery nursing intervention in natural childbirth can significantly improve the psychological state of puerpera,effectively shorten the labor process time,promote the smooth development of delivery,in clinical application it has a high value.
