Clinical observation of cryotherapy for high grade intraepithelial lesions of the cervix

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cryotherapy for high grade intraepithelial lesions of the cervix.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with cryotherapy+Baofukang suppository,and the control group was treated with simple Baofukang suppository.The clinical effects of the groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.73%and 72.09%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were treated in the observation group.The improvement of interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of cryotherapy for high grade intraepithelial lesions of the cervix is high,and the serum inflammatory factor level is improved obviously,which has a high promotion value.
