三联疗法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效评价

目的对老年冠心病心绞痛患者采用三联疗法治疗的效果进行研究。方法选择本院收治的老年冠心病心绞痛90例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和三联组,每组各有45例。采用辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷对常规组患者进行治疗,在此基础上,采用低分子肝素对三联组进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果三联组的总有效率为95.6%,常规组的总有效率为80.0%,三联组的总有效率明显高于常规组,两组患者比较结果经过统计学检验(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的心绞痛发作次数和发作时间比较并无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,三联组的心绞痛发作次数和发作时间明显低于常规组,两组患者比较结果经过统计学检验(P<0.05)。结论针对老年冠心病心绞痛患者实施三联疗法治疗效果确切,可以有效减少患者的心绞痛发作时间和发作频率。

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of triple therapy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective:To study the effect of triple therapy on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:Ninety patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the triple group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Simvastatin combined with clopidogrel were used to treat patients in the conventional group.Based on this,low-molecular-weight heparin was used to treat the triple group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the triad group was 95.6%,and the total effective rate of the conventional group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of the triple group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.The comparison results between the two groups of patients were statistically tested(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number and duration of angina pectoris between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the number and duration of angina pectoris in the triple group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group.Test(P<0.05).Conclusion:The triple therapy is effective for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which can effectively reduce the time and frequency of angina pectoris.
