川崎病患儿家属感知脆弱现状及影响因素分析

目的 对川崎病患儿家属感知脆弱现状进行调查,并研究其感知脆弱的影响因素。 方法 选择2019年1月-2020年5月在我院治疗的148名川崎病患儿的家属作为调查对象,调查量表包括一般资料、感知脆弱程度量表、社会支持评定量表以及简易应对方式量表。 结果 川崎病患儿家属感知脆弱程度量表得分为(6.25±0.86)分,感知脆弱高水平家属占25.00%,多元线性回归分析结果显示,川崎病患儿家属年龄、家庭月收入、文化程度、社会支持以及应对方式是感知脆弱水平的独立影响因素(P＜0.05)。 结论 川崎病患儿家属感知脆弱水平一般,且影响因素较多,年龄小、收入低、文化程度低、社会支持水平低、消极应对的患儿家属需引起医护人员关注。

Analysis on the status quo and influencing factors of kawasaki disease family members′perceived vulnerability

Objective To investigate the present situation of the perceived vulnerability of family members of children with Kawasaki disease,and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 148 family members of children with Kawasaki disease treated at our hospital between January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and investigated using a general condition scale,child vulnerability scale(CVS),a social support rating scale(SSRS)and a simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).Results The CVS score was 6.25±2.86,with 25%family members of high scores.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,monthly family income,education level,social support and coping style of family members were independent influencing factors of their vulnerability(P<0.05).Conclusion Family members of children with Kawasaki disease have an level of perceived vulnerability,who with young age,low family income,low level of education,low social support or negative coping style should require the attention of medics.
