女性不孕症患者的社会支持度研究

目的研究社会支持度对不孕症患者的影响。方法选取2011年12月-2012年12月在妇产科门诊就诊的不孕女性45例作为观察组，另选相同时间段在妇产科门诊进行常规体检的健康育龄女性45例作为对照组。2组女性均进行社会支持量表(SSAS)的问卷调查，并将调查结果加以比较。结果观察组社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持、社会支持利用度评分均低于对照组。结论不孕症患者的社会支持度较低，临床上应重视患者的心理干预，提高其社会支持度。

Social support study of female infertility patients

Objective To study the influence of social support on female infertility patients . Methods Choose 45 infertile female patients visiting our hospital between December 2011 and December 2012 were selected as observation group .Another 45 healthy female patients who did regular health checkup in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group .SSAS were used to compare social support of 2 groups .Results The score of social support ,subjective support ,objective support ,the utilization of social support in the observation group were lower than that in the control group .Conclusion Social support degree of infertility patients is low .Clinical doctors should pay attention to psychological intervention in patients , and improve the social support .
