隐性护理知识传递会实施后护士工作体验的质性研究

目的 了解实行隐性护理知识传递会后耳鼻喉科护士工作真实体验,为护士核心能力的提高提供依据.方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,以深入访谈的方式了解耳鼻喉科8名临床护士参加科内举行的隐性护理知识传递会后的工作真实体验.结果护士操作技能、护士分析和解决问题的能力、患者的满意度明显提高.结论隐性护理知识传递,对减轻护士压力、提高护理质量及患者满意度具有重要意义.

Qualitative research on work experience of the nurse after tacit nursing knowledge transfer meeting

Objective To study the work experience of the nurse after tacit nursing knowledge transfer meeting,and to provide the support for the improvement of core competence of nurses. Methods Phenomenological approach was used in the study. The work experience of eight clinical nurses in ENT after tacit nursing knowledge transfer meeting was surveyed by in-depth interviews. Results After the tacit nursing knowledge transfer, their operation skill, analysis and problem solving ability, patient satisfaction were obviously improved. Conclusion Transfer of tacit knowledge benefits to relieve the pressure of nurses, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
