揿针联合中药热敷对改善早期髌骨软化症患者膝关节疼痛的效果

目的 揿针联合中药热敷对改善早期髌骨软化症患者膝关节疼痛的效果。方法 选取2019年10月-2021年2月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的70例早期髌骨软化症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用揿针疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药热敷。观察2组干预前后疼痛、膝关节功能、血清炎症因子及血液流变学指标水平变化。结果 干预后,观察组膝关节疼痛评分低于对照组(t=3.216,P=0.023),膝关节功能评分高于对照组(t=3.021,P=0.034)。观察组血清炎症因子及血液流变学指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 揿针联合中药热敷可有效减轻早期髌骨软化症(痰湿痹阻证)患者疼痛症状,改善膝关节功能。

Effects of press-needle acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on knee joint pain in patients with early patellar malacia

Objective Effects of press-needle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on knee pain of patients with early patella malacia.Methods Totally 70 patients with early patellar malacia and treated in our hospital between October 2019 and February 2021 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups were given acupuncture,while the observation group was additionally provided with the hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine.Before and after the intervention,both groups were evaluated visual analogue score(VAS)of pain,knee society score(KSS),serum inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes.Results After the intervention,the VAS,serum inflammatory factors and hemorheological inderes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The KSS of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=3.021,P=0.034).Conclusion The press-needle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms and improve the knee function of patients with early patellar malacia.
