中药封包结合针灸对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨中药封包结合针灸在脑梗死恢复期患者护理中的应用效果。 方法 将2016年6月-2019年1月收治的脑梗死恢复期患者108例以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药封包与针灸。比较2组干预前、干预4周后神经功能、运动功能、生活活动能力及生活质量。 结果 干预4周后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表、改良Rankin量表评分均低于对照组(t=4.648,P<0.001;t=4.446,P<0.001);Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表、Barthel 指数、生活质量量表及简明健康调查量表评分均高于对照组(t=4.373,P<0.001;t=4.822,P<0.001;t=3.699,P<0.001;t=4.357,P<0.001)。 结论 应用中药封包结合针灸可改善脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能,减轻功能障碍,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with acupuncture on neurological function and life quality of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescence period

Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with acupuncture in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period. Methods Totally 108 cerebral infarction patients in the convalescence period admitted between June 2016 and January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 54,using the random number table method. Both groups were given routine nursing care, while the observation group was additionally given the traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and acupuncture. The neurological function, motor function, activities of daily living and life quality were observed before and after 4 weeks of intervention. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS) and modified rankin scale(mRS) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=4.648, P<0.001; t=4.446, P<0.001), while the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA), Barthel index(BI), stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-GQOL) and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36) of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (t=4.373, P<0.001; t=4.822, P<0.001; t=3.699, P<0.001; t=4.357, P<0.001). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period, the application of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the neurological function of patients, alleviate their dysfunction and improve their lifequality, which is worthy of promotion.
