摘    要:目的 探讨一次性吸痰器在儿童重症监护室(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)患儿留取痰培养标本中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年10月-2020年9月入住PICU首次留取痰培养标本的患儿作为研究对象。按照入住病区将其分为观察组302例和对照组318例,观察组采取一次性吸痰器配合一次性吸痰管留取痰培养标本;对照组仅采用一次性吸痰管留取痰培养标本。比较2组痰培养标本质量、留取痰培养标本所需时间。结果 观察组痰培养标本质量好于对照组(Z=-4.571,P<0.001),留取痰培养标本所需时间短于对照组(t=-32.600,P<0.001)。结论 PICU患儿采取一次性吸痰器留取痰培养标本,可大大提高痰培养标本采集质量,缩短标本留取时间,节约人力,避免交叉感染。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of disposable sputum aspirators fittings in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) children. Methods Children admitted to PICU between October 2019 and September 2020 asked to undergo sputum culture for the first time were selected. They were divided into an observation group of 302 and a control group of 318 according to their ward number. The observation group was collected samples using disposable sputum aspirators fittings with disposable sputum aspitation tubes, while the control group was done using disposable sputum aspiration tubes. The quality of the samples and the time to collect them were compared between the two groups. Results The sample quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-4.571,P<0.001), while the time to collect samples of the former group was significantly shorter than the latter group (t=-32.600, P<0.001). Conclusion The use of disposable sputum aspirators can significantly promote the quality of samples and shorten the time to collect them.
