河南省三甲医院硕士学位护士科研能力对职业嵌入的影响:自我效能的中介作用

目的 调查硕士学位护士自我效能在科研能力与职业嵌入中的中介作用。方法 选择河南省8所三级甲等医院的397名硕士学位护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护理人员科研能力自评量表、一般自我效能量表以及职业嵌入量表对其进行调查。结果 硕士学位护士科研能力得分为(82.14±19.68)分,处于高水平。科研能力、自我效能与职业嵌入均呈正相关(r=0.329,P<0.001;r=0.448,P＜0.001),科研能力总分与自我效能总分呈正相关(r=0.472,P<0.001)。自我效能在科研能力与职业嵌入之间起部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.111,占总效应的52.11%。结论 自我效能在科研能力和职业嵌入之间具有部分中介作用,医院管理者在制定硕士学位护士职业嵌入干预措施时,可以通过提升科研能力和自我效能的方式来提高其职业嵌入水平,稳定高层次护理人才队伍。

The effect of research competence on professional embedding of nurses with master's degree in a grade-3 class-A hospital in Henan province: the mediating role of self-efficacy

Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy on research ability and career embedding of professional nurses with master's degree. Methods A total of 397 nurses with master's degree from 8 grade-3 class-A hospitals in Henan province were investigated using a general data questionnaire, a self-rating scale of scientific research ability, a general self-efficacy scale and an occupational embedding scale. Results The score of scientific research ability was 82.14±19.68, which was at a high level. The total score of scientific research ability and self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of occupational embedding (r=0.329, P<0.001; r=0.448, P<0.001), with the former two scores positively correlated with each other(r=0.472, P<0.001). Between the embedding of scientific research ability and occupation, self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect of 0.111, accounting for 52.11% of the total effect. Conclusion Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between scientific research ability and occupational embedding. Hospital managers can improve the embedding level and stabilize the team of high-level nursing talents by improving their scientific research ability and self-efficacy.
