车载转运暖箱在危重新生儿转运中的应用效果

目的 探讨车载转运暖箱在危重新生儿转运中的作用,评价新生儿转运救护措施的效果。 方法 我院NICU于2015年1月-2017年6月共转运危重新生儿197例。成立转运小组,做好转运前物品及患儿的准备;转运中应用车载转运暖箱为新生儿保暖,加强呼吸道管理,建立有效的静脉通道,严密观察病情,做好各项安全护理及管道护理。转运后妥善交接,为下次转运做好准备。 结果 197例危重新生儿均成功转运至我院,转运成功率100%。转运后,患儿的体温、呼吸、心率、血气分析结果及血糖均优于转运前。 结论 运用车载转运暖箱转运危重新生儿,维持了患儿体温稳定,提高了新生儿转运成功率。

The effect of transporting critical neonates using vehicle-loaded transport incubators

Objective To explore the effect of using vehicular-loaded incubators to transport critical neonate. Methods Between January 2015 and June 2017, 197 neonates were transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit in our hospital. Before the transport, a special group was established to make good preparation. During the transportation, the neonates were kept warm in the vehicle-loaded incubators, with good respiratory management and establishment of effective venous passageway. After the transfer, the critical neonates were properly handed over, and the group prepared for the next transfer. Results All the 197 critical neonates were successfully transferred to our hospital, with the successful rate being 100%. After the transfer, their body temperature, respiration, heart rate, the Results of blood gas analysis and blood glucose were significantly better than those before the transfer. Conclusion It is possible to improve the transport success rate of neonates using the on-board transport incubators, which helps to maintain their body temperature at a stable level.
