产后尿潴留患者新斯的明和开塞露联合应用的效果观察

目的 探讨新斯的明联合开塞露在产后尿潴留患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年10月-2016年10月在医院分娩后发生尿潴留的产妇160例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各80例。对照组应用常规排尿诱导与新斯的明肌内注射治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合开塞露治疗。比较2组临床疗效、留置导尿管的情况及治疗期间的不良反应。 结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ²=6.632,P=0.010);留置导尿管率3.75%,低于对照组的15.00%(χ²=5.989,P=0.015)。2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.500)。 结论 新斯的明肌内注射联合开塞露肛门给药治疗产后尿潴留治疗效果好,并发症少,可有效保证产妇的产后恢复效果。

The effect of neostigmine injection combined with the glycerine enema on the postpartum urinary retention

Objective To explore the effect of neostigmine injection combined with the glycerine enema on the postpartum urinary retention. Methods Totally 160 cases of maternal urinary urination after delivery in our hospital between October 2015 and October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group, each of 80, according to a random number table. Both groups were given conventional urinary incision and neostigmine intramuscular injection, while the research group was additionally provided with the glycerine enema. The clinical efficacy, indwelling catheter using rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93.75% in the research group, significantly higher than that of 80.00% in the control group (χ²=6.632,P=0.010). The rate of using indwelling catheters in the research group was 3.75%, significantly lower than that of 15.00% in the latter (χ²=5.989,P=0.015). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P=0.500). Conclusions The neonatal intramuscular injection of neostigmine plus glycerine enema anal treatment of postpartum urinary retention is simple, effective and of less complications. It can guarantee the maternal postpartum recovery.
