住院患者营养评估单的临床应用

目的 探讨住院患者营养评估单的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2016年1~6月(应用住院患者营养评估单前)住院患者的资料3 142例,选取2016年7~12月(应用住院患者营养评估单后)的住院患者资料3 565例。比较住院患者营养评估单应用前后住院患者营养风险评估率、营养支持率及护理人员满意度。 结果 应用住院患者营养评估单后患者营养风险评估率及营养支持率均高于应用前(χ²=285.16,P<0.001; χ²=4.235,P=0.040)、护理人员满意度也明显提高(χ²=14.436,P<0.001)。 结论 应用住院患者营养评估单对住院患者进行规范化营养管理,能够及时发现患者的营养不良风险,采取营养干预措施,改善患者临床结局,保证患者安全的同时也有助于优化护理流程,规范护理行为,提高护理人员的满意度。

Clinical application of inpatients' nutritional assessment sheet

Objectives To explore the effect of applying hospitalized patients' nutrition evaluation sheets in the clinical practice. Methods Totally 3 142 hospitalized patients admitted between January and June 2016 were selected into a control group, and they were not evaluated their nutritional status, while another 3 565 patients hospitalized between July and December 2016 were chosen into an observation group, and assessed using the hospitalized patients' nutrition evaluation sheet. The patients' nutrition status and the satisfaction of the nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results All the measurements of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions The hospitalized patients' nutrition evaluation sheet can be used to conduct standardized management of patients' nutrition status. It helps to find the risk of malnutrition among patients timely and take active intervention to improve clinical outcomes, ensure the safety of patients, optimize the nursing process, standardize nursing behavior and improve nursing satisfaction.
