不同取穴电针对腰椎间盘突出症镇痛作用的动态对照研究

目的：探寻电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LIDH）腰腿痛的有效方法。方法：将全部入组98例患者随机分成治疗组（n=53）与对照组（n=45）。采用简化疼痛量表（SF-MPQ）对两组患者腰腿痛进行连续动态观测，治疗组采用局部单穴电针，对照组采用常规取穴电针，各组的电针参数与针刺频度一致。结果：首次治疗后两组SF-MPQ每次后续评分均较治疗前有显著性差异（P〈0．001），且每个时间点该指标组间也分别具有显著性差异（P〈0．001），各组SF-MPQ评分治疗后各时间点与首次治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：与常规取穴电针相比，局部单穴电针对LIDH腰腿痛具有更好的镇痛作用。

DYNAMIC CONTROL OBSERVATION ON THE CLINCAL ANALGESIC EFFECT OF DIFFERENT POINTS ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISC HERNIATION

Objective: To search for an effective therapy for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods: All 98 cases of LIDH patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=53) which was treated with local single-point electroacupuncture stimulation(SPEAS) and control group(n=45) which was treated with conventional electroacupuncture stimulation(CEAS).The lumbocrural pain content of each group was continuously evaluated with SFMPQ before every treatment and 2 days after the 8th treatment.SPEAS and CEAS subjects were treated with the same time,intensity and frequency acupuncture.Results: The dynamic evaluation results of SF-MPQ have presented significant differences than baseline since the second treatment(P<0.01) and significant differences between the early and late treatment(P<0.001) in the two groups.However,the changing range of the observation index of SPEAS group was more significant than that in the CEAS group(P<0.001) at the same time point.Conclusion: SPEAS is more effective than CEAS in the treatment of LIDH.
