| 摘 要： | 目的：分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的影响因素。方法：将155例OSAHS患者的各项身体测量参数和多导睡眠图（PSG）检测参数进行多元线性回归与相关分析。结果：性别、颈围、体重指数（BMI）、夜间最低血氧饱和度（LSaO2)和呼吸暂停类型是OSAHS的主要影响因素。轻度OSAHS的主要影响因素为体重指数，中度OSAHS的主要影响因素是BMI、颈围和呼吸暂停类型，而重度OSAHS的主要影响因素是性别和BMI。结论：OSAHS的影响因素是多方面的，不同程度OSAHS的主要影响因素不同，因此，治疗上也应所不同。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the related factors of obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods The measured body parameters and polysomnography(PSG)parameters of 155 patients with OSAHS entered into multiple linear regression analysis to correlate with apnea hyponea index (AHI). Results Sex, neck circumference(NC),OSAHS type, body mass index(BMI) and lowest nocturnal oxygen saturation(LSaO 2) correlated significantly with AHI.The study showed that BMI, NC, OSAHS type were strongly correlated with moderate OSAHS; sex and BMI were strongly correlated with serious SAS; BMI was strongly correlated with mild OSAHS. Coclusion There were many related factors of OSAHS, different degrees of OSAHS had different related factors, so their treatments would be different. |
