“医护一体化”专项管理在提高骨科术前抗菌药物正确使用率中的应用

目的:探讨骨科术前抗菌药物的使用方式,使之符合卫生部有关围手术期抗菌药物使用方法的规定。方法:成立"医护一体化"专项管理小组,调研科室术前不规范使用抗菌药物的现状,并分析其原因,提出对策。医护人员共同制定术前抗菌药物使用细节,重造流程,明确责任,加强学习,由医生和护士共同监督、把关、反馈、改进。对干预前后抗菌药物不合理例数进行统计。结果:干预后,术前抗菌药物使用合格率明显提高,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:"医护一体化"进行术前抗菌药物管理有助于规范药物的使用,提升医疗护理质量,值得推广。

The administration of optimum application of preoperative antibacterial agent with doctor-nurse integration mode in orthopedics

Objective： To explore the normalization application of preoperative antibacterial agents, in order to comply with related rules formulated by the Ministry of health about antimicrobial drug use during peri-operation period ： Methods： A special medical integration management team was established to investigate the status of antibacterial agent application, search for the reasons, and put forward countermeasures. A consensus was reached about the preoperative use of antibacterial drugs in detail ,and then both doctors and nurses were included in the process of supervision, check and feedback and improving. The irrational antibiotics example number was counted before and after the intervention.Result： The number of irrational use of preoperative antibacterial drugs use significantly decreased after intervention （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Doctor-nurse Integration Mode is worth to be popularized to help regulate the using of antimicrobials and improve the nursing quality.
