| 摘 要： | 疏忽性异物遗留不单会对病人造成生理上、心理上的损害，还会破坏医护人员及医疗机构的声誉，在导致疏忽性异物遗留事件中，人员的遵从性是一种可测量和监控的人为因素。文章初探如何建立和应用稽核模式，以提高手术室防止异物遗留措施的遵从性，从而减少和杜绝手术异物遗留事故的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Inadvertent retained foreign body not only can lead patients to physical and psychological injury, but also can devastate the reputation of physicians, nurses and healthcare organizations. Staff compliance is a measurable and controllable human factor that can induce event of inadvertent retained foreign objects. In this study, an audit model was explored and established to improve the staff compliance for decreasing and ending the accidents related to surgical unintentionally leave of foreign body. |
