| 摘 要： | 本文综述了目前国内外医院护理绩效考核的常见指标及评价方法，分析并指出现阶段护理绩效考核存在的问题，提出科学确定考核指标及权重、界定各级别护理人员层次、加强护理绩效考核的信息化管理的建议。

| Abstract: | The authors reviewed the common indicators of nursing performance evaluation system, analyzed the present status and problems of nursing performance evaluation. Then, some suggestions were proposed including developing evaluation index and their weights scientiifcally, clarifying the nursing staff ladders, and strengthening the information management of nursing performance assessment. |
