摘    要:目的:应用主题式学习结合案例分析的教学方法进行专项培训,探讨其在提高护士危重急救相关知识和技能方面的作用。方法:应用基于主题学习的案例导入式教学对30名不同科室的护士进行危重急救专项培训。培训前后,采用危重急救相关知识理论测试和临床护理能力自我评价表进行相关知识和能力评价,对每个小组的案例分析汇报进行小组作业评价,培训结束后进行课程教学评价。结果:经过结合案例导入的主题式学习培训,护士的相关理论测试总分和能力自我评价均有不同程度的提高,与培训前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);小组作业总均分为(86.65±6.42)分,达到优良水平。结论:基于主题学习的案例导入式教学可以提高护士的专业知识和技能,实现教学目标,是一种较理想的在职培训方法。

Application of theme based learning combined with case study in the nurses’critical emergency care special training program

Abstract:Objectives: To explore the effect of theme based learning combined withcase study on the improvement of nurses’ critical emergency care knowledge and skills inspecial training program. Methods: We trained 30 nurses from different departments usingtheme based learning combined with case study program. The difference of the nurses’knowledge and skills was evaluated before and after the training by the critical emergencyknowledge test and the self-assessment scale about related knowledge and abilities. Weevaluated the case study report of each group and conducted the course teaching evaluationafter the training program. Results: After the training, the scores of knowledge test and selfassessmentscale were both significantly improved (P<0.01). The mean score of group reportswas 86.65±6.42 which was in excellent level. Conclusion: The theme based learning combinedwith case study in this training program could improve the nurses’ professional knowledge andskills, attain the teaching goals and become an ideal in-service training method.
